The Kebab Parisien ‘Baguette’

The famous Parisien sandwich revisited with Kebab

For 1 Kebab Parisien

  • 80 g of kebab strips
  • ½ cereals bread
  • 20 g of cream cheese
  • 20 g of roquette
  • 10 g of parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

  • Mix the fresh cheese with the freshly chiselled fresh herbs then season.
  • Cut the half bread lengthwise
  • Tartiner avec la préparation de fromage frais aux herbes.
  • Spread with fresh herb cheese
  • Garnish the sandwich with kebab strips, add rocket and Parmesan shavings.
  • Season with freshly ground pepper, salt and a dash of olive oil.
